homeostasis is a given range where your body needs to keep its blood pressure, temperature, etc. at, flow and pressure go hand in hand and needs to be kept at a certain level for optimal functioning.

  1. Homeostasis is a state of balance. It means that everything is kept at the right level for the body to function correctly. Ie blood pressure should be kept within a certain range, so blood is pumped round the body at the correct rate.
