    of what you are saying. IOW, too much meat and dairy in the SAD (Standard
    American Diet) is chiefly responsible for the heart disease epidemic we
    have in America today.

  8. Hi dr Berg. I am myself a doctor in medicine, and i found your presentation
    interesting. Being a man of science yourself, i am sure you agree that i
    should listen to you with sceptic interest. You present a very interesting
    mechanism, and theories on its clinical significance.
    Could you guide us to what research that is done so far, animal tests og
    clinical tries, and what numbers that have been produced?

    If a person takes vitamin K2, what changes are found in the arteries? Do we
    know anything so far about how it affects the important outcomes like
    number of cardiovascular events and mortality?
    What is the NNT, number needed to treat? – how many has to take vitamin K2
    before one cardiovascular event is prevented? Or do people report better
    stamina, etc?

    How has one assessed the affect on soft tissue and feeling of stiffness?

    What are the numbers when it comes to reduction in loss of bone mass?

  9. Where can most people get dairy that is not contaminated? As you know most
    of the foods in the food chain even though they say Organic are not
    Organic. So you need to also educate your viewers where to buy the best
    produce in dairy.
    Eg milk eggs butter etc.

    You mentioned Europe. I live in London and it is very hard to get produce
    that has not been sprayed with insecticide pesticides etc.

  10. Eric I have learn’t a lot and have explained a lot thank you you are a out
    of the box thinker like Ben Fuchs I have Vitamin D low its 55 but I do
    have a stressful job well its not a job I care full time for my sister that
    has learning dishabilles so she is hard work and my BP is out of the window
    the Doctor will not look at the cause but watching your vids I found out
    why its so high you one the other day I found I had picked up some flax
    seed but I put it down my body was telling me to get it I will get some on
    Monday I will try and find you one facebook and add you I have Ben on there
    as well.

  12. Hey Dr Berg, thank you for your videos, always very informative and so easy
    to understand. Have one question for you: my mom has signs of osteoporosis
    with quite strong (debilitating at times) pain in the knee. I was thinking
    to suggest her to take glucosamine (1500mg) and Omega 3 amino acids (200mg)
    per day as a suplement.
    Would you agree that this could help?
    Another problem is that she is allergic to sulfate compounds and most of
    the glucosamine sold is in the form of sulfate + MSM
    (Methylsulfonylmethane).
    Do you think she might have an allergic reaction if she takes these? :(
    I’m reluctant to give this to her without checking with you.

  16. k2 clots my blood. I got cuts when on daily k2 and the blood never comes
    out of my cuts like before. It just stays in … so weird.

  19. I hear the Gouda cheese in particular is rich in K2 (third highest, after
    natto and goose liver pate) and that’s the main reason I’ve been eating
    that cheese for some time now. Interestingly enough it’s not the K2 from
    the milk (so it needn’t be grassfed) but a lucky side-creation of the
    particular bacterias used in the fermentation.

  25. Natto (fermented soy beans) is the only vegan source of vitamin K2. You can
    buy it organic online (they sell them in 8 oz containers). I am vegan too
    :)
